Now hear this

“Therefore this is what the Lord God Almighty, the God of Israel, says: ‘Listen!’” –     Jeremiah 35: 1

THE Bible tells us that faith comes from hearing, but we can’t hear God unless God unless we follow His instruction to “Listen”. Whether we listen to Him in our quiet time, or pay close attention to His preachers, or heed what we read in His written Word, our Bibles, we must stay alert, seek out, value, and harken for His guidance. Listen…for He can give you courage where there no longer is any; His words can fill you with endurance, and patience, and hope. He can cancel the wrongs that brought you down, and you can feel and hear Him dispel your fears. Turn to Him with heart and ears wide open – He is listening. As Job 34: 28 says, “He hears the cries of the needy.”
