‘When the Lord saw her, his heart overflowed with
compassion. “Don’t cry!” he said.’ – Luke 7: 13
OUR Lord Jesus doesn’t
want us to be sad and lonely. He knows what makes people cry tears of sadness;
He Himself wept. He’s been there, done that. But Jesus brought calm to the
storms of life, and new hope to the broken hearted. He suffered so that His
mercy can bring compassion and comfort, and the knowledge that God will help
you overcome any regrets about mistakes that may mar your memories. So, turn to
Him; He is waiting. If you pour out our heart to Him and tell Him you love Him,
God will be with you now and forever. He is ready to step in, to bring peace,
emotional healing, and enthusiasm for the life He gave you. Don’t cry – Jesus still
loves you, whatever you have lost, salvation lies ahead.
