“The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up
again.” – Proverbs 24: 16
WHETHER we’ve tripped yet again in one of life’s many
pitfalls or whether this time our faith has taken a tumble, God is always there
to help get us going again. He’s done it before – think back! He’ll do it
again. Regardless of what tripped us up, He will pick us up, strengthen us and
heal broken hearts – again, seven times seven and more. With the world in the
state it is in, true believers are being prepared for their role when His
Kingdom comes. So, if you have had a setback, and especially if you are down
yet again, you will not be left sad and forlorn if you turn to Him. It’s time
to thank Him for what He has done in the past, and let Him restore your faith
and courage to prepare you for what lies ahead.
