“Don’t
copy the behaviour and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a
new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s
will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” – Romans 12: 2
ARE we limiting what God wants in
our lives? If we allow our busy lifestyles to put Him on the back-burner, we
certainly aren’t helping Him, and He has asked us to let Him transform us by
not copying worldly behaviour, so that we can know His good, pleasing and
perfect will for us. Someone once said that prayer touches heaven and moves
earth. So if your own will to live a life of Christian example is waning, don’t
limit Him, reach out and link heaven and earth with your prayers and God’s will
for you will be done and produce a lifestyle that emulates what Jesus would do in your situation.
