‘Yes, Lord!’

“Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” – Jeremiah 33: 3

READERS of THINK&PRAY are encouraged to try to fulfill all the promise of a new year by renewing their trust in God’s promises. The wisdom He can provide is “unsearchable”,– it can’t be googled. It can only be fulfilled by our obedience, by us saying “yes, Lord” whenever and wherever He leads us. At no time in our lives has there been a greater need for wisdom about events at home and abroad than right now. We are faced by a host of dubious, manipulative hidden agendas contrived by corrupt and power-mad sources. And all this in a year of critical elections in America and South Africa that can change the future of nations. God knows we need help and has promised that if we fear (revere) Him, the Spirit of Jesus will protect and guide us. God is great, so let this be the year in which we delight in His Word and make “Yes, Lord” our guiding principle for seeing His will done on earth as it is in heaven.
