“Don’t worry about anything; instead,
pray about everything.” Philippians 4: 6
“Seek the Kingdom of God above
all else… and he will give you everything you need.” Matthew 6: 33
DO
any of us pray about all our needs – everything? God’s Word tells us to pray
about everything, the whole lot. And if having Christ in your life is top of your
wish list, all the rest will be met. Jesus made that promise. So, if the bills,
the budget, your job, your marriage, the kids, your waistline, crime or the
state of the nation are driving you to distraction, stop worrying. Worry, God
says, is a waste of time. If you live righteously and pray, your needs will be
met.
