Top up and flow over

 Hi there – I encourage you to think sand pray over how this applies in your lives:

“May God, the source of hope, fill you with joy and peace through your faith in him. Then you will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” – Romans 15: 13

PRAYER THOUGHT: Too many Christians remain inert, silent when troubles abound around them – or when votes are cast. Are you someone who occasionally has regrets about having bottled up something you felt God wanted you to say or do? I certainly am. God wants His spirit to overflow through us, not to be bottled up. A blessing, a word of encouragement and understanding, a reassurance or some other act of love in Jesus’s name can bring peace and assistance to others when it is needed. So can an X in the right place. Or does our spiritual receptacle need to be topped up? Are we just half-filled, unable to overflow? Pray for our faith to be increased and flow over by the power of the Holy Spirit.
