“... I urge you
in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to join in my struggle by praying to God
for me.” – Romans 15: 30
AS Paul (see above) pleaded with
others to pray for him, we too can pray for others in the name of Jesus. If
anyone you love or know is involved in a struggle, keep praying for God’s will
to be done for them. Paul knew the power of intercession, and so should we. Our
prayers can link them with God and get them through when their own faith is dwindling.
Pray that whatever they are going through, they come to understand, and be
strengthened by, His will for their lives and the spiritual power and hope that
brings.
