In it together

 

Hi again – Pleased today to bring a word of encouragement about equality before God:

“The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.” – 1 Corinthians 10: 13

GOD has no favorites, not the preacher, the teacher, the missionary, your group leader, or your most loved one. The Bible states, in Acts 10: 34, “Then Peter replied, “I see very clearly that God shows no favoritism.”  We’re in it together. If we love Him, He loves us. If it bothers you that someone else seems doubly blessed, fear not, for His Word tells us that He equally loves all who turn to Him. Nor are the temptations you face any different from what others experience. But He designed Christ’s solution and salvation for all who trust in Him – whatever their nation or station in life. His faithfulness never fails for those who truly trust the way He has prepared around the temptations that are strewn all over our lives on earth.
