Anger danger

-          “Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger…” - Ephesians 4: 26
ANGER is part of life. No matter how much we try to control our tempers, the lies, corruption, deceit, downright perversion and cruelty we encounter raises our hackles, that’s for sure. But the scripture above also raises an intriguing question – can we be truly angry without resorting to sin? God can: He is infuriated by some things but doesn’t turn to sin. And He wants us to share His righteous anger at things like arrogance, cheating, thieving, stealing and worse. But He doesn’t want it to fester; to become a stronghold in our minds. Seek His wisdom and come to grips with it before settling down for the night. Ask the Lord for guidance on a way forward; don’t give the devil’s ways a victory.
