Hope in focus

I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance;
    therefore, I will hope in him!” – Lamentations 3: 24

GOD is our source of hope. His hope can brighten a gloomy outlook; it can break the chains that hold us back; it can sustain those who are emotionally starved and comfort those in grief. If we sustain our hope in God, our spirit cannot be broken. My point today is to focus – concentrate – on the hope that God has directed into your life. Don’t let the opinions of people deflect His intentions. Does this mean life will be instantly impeccable? No, but this does mean that you have worth and hope.
