Hang on to your faith

In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead.  And he did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us. – 2 Cor 1: 9 – 10
GOD doesn’t just help the faithful once or twice. “…He will continue to rescue us again,” is what His word promises. We must continue to rely completely on Him, not on our own abilities, or ideas, or schemes or the latest trendy theory. Nor on the authorities, for that matter.
We need to understand the source our problem, then give it over to Him. Jesus has died that we might live and that while we are living the pressures that threaten to destroy us must strengthen our faith. Then we are drawn closer to God, even if there are times when we are walking completely alone with Him hand in hand. When you want to give up, hang on to your faith.
