“My child, pay attention to what I say.
Listen carefully to my words…for they bring life to those who find them, and
healing to their whole body.” – Proverbs 4: 20 – 22
DO we really listen to God? Do we pay attention, let His words sink in,
“find” what they mean, and then do what they say? Or do we lack the necessary
faith? The Bible tells us that faith comes from hearing the word of God (Romans
10: 17), so for Pete’s sake let’s start by soaking in His word. Don’t let scamsters
and exploiters of Christianity put you off. Our God is bigger than any problem
we face; He is bigger than life itself. The power of His words alone “can bring
life” and “healing to the whole body”. So, let God grow to His rightful size in
your life by listening to Him and building your faith in Him and in His power
in your life.
