The way to wake

“This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.” – Psalm 118: 24

WITH a blistering South-Easter bending the trees and billowing dark clouds chilling the dawn, it was easy to wake today with a sense of forlorn. But thank the Lord I was reminded how wonderful it is at moments like these to reflect on what Jesus has done in our lives jointly and personally; the forgiveness, the new life, the blessings, the hope, the friendship, the love – the joys go on and on. It casts new light on each new day if we rejoice in His grace – come what may.
