Meek and mighty

“Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.” – Matthew 5: 5

IT’S so hard to be meek if you’re an achiever, and God wants you to achieve more than you know. But while we may battle to equate humility with success, the truth is that humble people have the nod of God. He delights in them, guides their steps and gives them strength not just to overcome but also to go on to perform mighty deeds that earn His inheritance. Christians need to show this godly quiet confidence in a world where arrogance is centre-stage.
