“Look!
I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will
come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.” – Revelation 3: 20
JESUS doesn’t only knock on the door once; He is always there
knocking and waiting and wanting to come in. We must be born again spiritually,
that is a command from Christ. But life’s trials, temptations and distractions
don’t stop then, but carry on. That’s why Jesus remains at the door so you let
Him into your life again whenever things get tough - when you can’t pay the
rent, in times of sadness, trouble and tribulation. He will come in and take
care of everything. The more things of this world worry and distract us, the
closer we should listen…Jesus is knocking.
